    HOW TO USE

    DOSAGE: Adults should take 1 capsule every 6 hours (4 times per day) with a glass of water. Continue this schedule for 10 days.

    ADJUSTMENT PHASE: After completing the initial 10 days, take a one-week break. Then, adjust the dosage to 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening.

    MAINTENANCE CYCLE: Maintain this adjusted dosing for three weeks. Following this period, it's recommended to take another one-week break.
